    Good to know: This session does not include contract review, vendor booking/communication on your behalf, full timeline creation, ongoing email support, or emergency/same-day help. Think targeted guidance, not full-service planning.

    For couples who've handled most of the planning and want a professional to review & execute the final details, so you can actually enjoy the day.

    60 days (8 weeks) out is when we jump in, because that's when it all starts feeling real!

    Great for couples who:

    • Have booked most of their vendors and finalized major decisions

    • Want one point of contact for all things logistics

    • Need professional rehearsal + wedding-day coordination

    • Want to actually enjoy the day instead of running it

    What's Included:

    • 3 planning meetings

    • Review of vendor contracts

    • Detailed timeline & vendor contact list

    • Floor plan refinement

    • Vendor communication/confirmation

    • Rehearsal coordination (up to 90 min)

    • Up to 10 hours of consecutive coverage

    • Vendor arrival coordination, timeline management, troubleshooting

    • Light placement of pre-assembled décor, breakdown oversight

    Starting at $1,700

    Good to know: This does not include planning before the 60-day window, vendor sourcing/booking, contract legal review, heavy floral/décor installation, catering or bar service, furniture moving, deep cleaning, or transportation.

    Travel: Included within 25 miles of Charlotte, NC. Beyond that, mileage & lodging quotes can be provided.
