You’ve done the planning, made the decisions, and booked your vendor team. Now you need someone to step in, pull all those details together, and make sure the wedding you planned actually happens the way you imagined it.

Pre-Wedding

Starting around 60 days before your wedding.

• Three planning meetings

• Unlimited email + text communication during your 60 days

Wedding Day

This is the part where you get to stop being the planner and actually be the one getting married.

• Up to 10 consecutive hours of on-site coordination

• Vendor arrival, load-in, and setup coordination

• Management of the wedding-day timeline

• Main point of contact for vendors and venue staff

• Ceremony coordination

• Guidance for the wedding party throughout the day

• Troubleshooting and handling unexpected issues behind the scenes

• Light placement of pre-assembled personal décor and details

• Reception coordination

• Distribution of pre-prepared vendor gratuities or final payments, if needed

• Breakdown oversight for personal items and décor at the end of our coverage

Travel: Travel is included within 25 miles of Charlotte, NC. Additional mileage and lodging can be quoted for weddings outside that area.
